- Seven centuries after voting to "quarantine" the colony world Imeria in order to contain the lirrax threat, the Asari Republics attempt to re-establish contact. Their envoys are mistaken for an invading fleet, and the Imerians panic and attack. As a result, Imeria's capital, Naira, is levelled, and the entire colony is punished with sanctions that continue until 2182 CE.
