- Cerberus agent Paul Grayson sabotages an Eldfell-Ashland Energy vessel, causing it to explode in the atmosphere of the human colony Yandoa. As a result, the population are exposed to dust-form element zero. Of all the children born that year, only thirty-seven turn out to be healthy.
