Alexandria Sinclair (Nickname: Alex.) is the friend of Laga'Varrel and captain of the MSV Diran. She serves as the ship's captain taking her step-father's place. She is currently in a romantic relationship with Rurkmot Skat.

Origin[]

Little is known about Alexandria's past. She was raised by the captain that purchased the MSV Diran. The captain found her all alone on the Citadel. So she was an orphan. The captain adopted her and raised her on the Diran. Through her childhood, Alexandria became devoted into making the Diran a ship, people could work on. Usually, her step-father was a Alliance-worker that supplied numerous colonies in the Attican Traverse and the Terminus Systems. Alexandria worked to become ship security and one of the engineers. She met more new people as they signed on the ship to make money or see the galaxy. When reaching adulthood, her father, made her second in-command of the ship. She really became security aboard the ship. Alexandria has a huge heart for those that sign on the ship, regardless of what species they are. Will not tolerate discrimination aboard the Diran.

History[]

Years later, Alexandria's home became a thriving ship. Soon that small MSV-class ship, would became a decommissioned Alliance vessel. The MSV they owned was stripped down for parts. Using any other scrap as spare pieces. The new ship had more decks and room to use. Crew quarters would be an all species quarters on all dorm floors. Alexandria shares her time with new crewmembers. Getting to know them, where they are from, and making friends. Her long-time friend is Laga'Varrel. A quarian that signed onto the Diran. With her, a crewmember knowing taekwando, teached them both. Until the crewmember was killed by a Cerberus assassin. Alex held back Laga as she struggled in rage. She felt what Laga was going through since she lost her closest friend. To help her cope with Laga's loss, Alexandria purposed a memorial depicting her friends long-term service.

“We have an invisible weapon. For an invisible war”

Alexandria left the Diran to serve as an Alliance soldier. Was a soldier for only 8 months. Her main experience was infiltration. She was now codenamed "Alex" as her name among the Alliance personel. To enhance capabilities, they augmented her eyes to see through walls and objects to only locate hostiles, even those that were in cloaking. Though she could not see through more solid objects. Examples: Caves, excavation tunnels. Another distinction of her eyes is that they flash purple. It really happens so the augmentations can adjust the lighting of the surrounding area. In role in the Alliance, she is assigned to infiltrate suspected terrorist bases and safehouses as a undetectable mole. She weakens the inside and contacts the standby forces to go in and clean up.

End of Alliance duty[]

After Alex's Alliance tour, she returned home. Still surprised to see Laga'Varrel was still aboard the Diran, thinking she completed her pilgrimage and returned home. But nevertheless was glad to see her. Laga explained what happened during Alex's tour in the Alliance. Mentioned an accident that replaced her arms with nano-augmentations. When at the moment everything was fine, Alex received word her step-father died. The captain wanted the crew to promise his daughter, the new captain and owner of the ship. They did when Alex was given an audio regarding her father's last words and a traumatic discovery. Alex discovered she was adopted. She does'nt remember her real parents or the events when the captain found her. Alex took the role as captain of the Diran and continued her life with the crew.

Trivia[]

  • Technically, Alexandria was ment to be the clone of Sal Polaris. She would find the truth and struggle to escape it. It would also reveal that Sal was not dead the whole time but has merged himself with the geth consensus. His body would be in suspended animation. This idea was not good seeing as the Destination story ended in 2219 CE. Instead I made another universe separate from Destination.
  • The headquote is a reference from Deus Ex: Invisible War intro scene. The Alliance see's Alexandria as an invisible weapon to take down its adversaries and gain a foothold in the invisible war. Namely, there were operatives like her that had cloaking devices and they all fought in places no one would know.
  • The Ships's name is named after the mountain in the Karakoram range in Gilgit-Balistan, Pakistan.
  • The first name "Alexandria" is the name of the second-largest city in Egypt.
