The Battle of Rothana was a small conflict between commander Awnguard's forces and Geth Prime's Geth forces. Awnguard and his forces proven successfull and defeated Geth Prime, which however escaped.
Prelude[]
The Geth, having been defeated in the Expansion War on massive scale against the Systems Alliance, only consists of minor holdouts on minor planets, some of those conclude Rothana and Kryzud.
The Battle[]
The Geth was left crippled after Awnguard's assault.
Awnguard, leader of the Systems Alliance forces, was sent to exterminate one of the remaining colonies of the Geth and led the assault against Geth Prime. He ordered to assault the small Geth fleet above Rothana, and wiped it out quickly. Awnguard sent forces to surface to eliminate the remaining Geth.
Awnguard and his forces went to the surface to engage the Geth outpost. Awnguard's main priority was Geth Prime, which managed to escape just before Awnguard arrived. Geth were slowly pushed back by the human forces under Talon, eventually eliminating the Geth outpost.
Aftermath[]
Rothana was captured by Awnguard's forces for the Systems Alliance and managed to keep the databases intact. Where they found clues Geth assaults being issued against the Collectors.
