“Admiral Winter is mad, The Master is madder, but Lord Green is the maddest of them all”
Operative Benjamin Green is a human operative of Chronos in charge of Project Hope. He is the self-proclaimed "Lord of Sladus" and is obsessed with the idea of him being some kind of god. Benjamin is of Dutch-American descent and he is described as being tyrannical, insane and drunk with power.
The Master describes Green as "mad, but a skilled individual".
