Admiral Derek Younis is the Chairman of the Post-OATH Administration Committee, the temporary body set up for the ongoing task of deciding the fates of all those employed by the Office of Alliance Territorial Hegemony, the former covert-ops branch of the Alliance Navy. A longtime critic of the Office's activities, he seemed like a natural choice to chair the committee devoted to punishing the OATH's operatives, but he has garnered considerable criticism for his heavy-handed approach to meting out justice.
