Everett Lincoln is a former lieutenant in the Alliance Navy who lost his life during the Battle of the Citadel in 2183 CE. Following the success of Project Lazarus in 2185 CE, the Illusive Man authorized the Memnon Program, which would attempt to resurrect more Alliance soldiers, and Lincoln was chosen as the first subject. His resurrection was successful, and he was subsequently drafted into Cerberus.
