James Skinner is a former Sentinel in the Alliance Military. Supposedly a victim of biotic experiments by a rogue scientist named "Ugly Jim", Skinner went rogue after believing that Ugly Jim was being protected by people in the highest levels of the Alliance, and has since been traveling the galaxy in pursuit of his nemesis, all the while being himself pursued by Cmdr. Emmanuelle Sharon.
