Keren Hull was a male turian, and the first turian Council member. He was appointed a council member soon after the The Unification War. His position on the Council angered some turian tribes, they said that Keren didn't display any sort of leadership qualities during the war. Because of this, Keren often voiced distaste over several turian tribes, which caused him to not try to bring his species tribes together.
