Khar'Har Gallon is a minor character in The Grim Reaper. A small time criminal, Khar'Har was exiled from his cause, reasons unknown. He moved to the Citadel and started a mercenary band named Bleeding Edge. Though, it turned out small in the beginning, it developed into a bigger group. Because of his cruel actions he made during both his time in the military and in his mercenary group, he is marked for elimination by the Council to avoid further more crimes of him. This caused Khan'Har and his mercenary band to be the main target for Operation: PERISH, the operation is supposed to carry out like this; Vayron Aszod, the new Spectre, will assassinate Gallon while meeting with various associates.
