Kirk Wong was a human male who was one of the founders of the Earth gang, Flaming Dragon. Before his appointment as leader, Kirk worked in retail in a store that shared his gang's name. Kirk befriended and raised Aaron Kyle after his initiation into Flaming Dragon. Months before his gang was taken down by the police, Kirk and his fellow gang member, Redd, attempted to expand that gang's galactic influence.
