Levian Rduna was a rich turian merchant who founded the trade center of Chaza in 1999 CE. Levian was killed in the Chaza Board Hall during a firefight with Kiran Necturus' hitmen. Levian had one son, named Tycus Rduna, who claimed ownership of Chaza in 2013 CE, re-starting the initial conflict between the Rduna and Necturus family.
Founding and rule of Chaza[]
In 1999 CE, Levian and his group of merchants and escorts stumbled upon an abandoned super-massive space station called Chaza during a salvage scan. They occupied the station and eventually made it one of the trade capitals of the Terminus Systems. Levian ruled the station from 1999 CE to 2007 CE, when he engaged a raider fleet and dispatched them, only to be assasinated on his return to Chaza by Kiran Necturus, a rival merchant. Kiran ruled the station until the arrival of Levian's son, Tycus Rduna, who claimed ownership of the station. Kiran and Tycus then formed the Commontrade, the first and only government on Chaza.
