Marson Varr was a Turian, and the fifteenth Warden of the Citadel Maximum Security Penitentiary. Known for being abusive, and not following rules, Marson personally abused many prisoners. After one's sentence had ended, the man had told the Blue Suns and C-Sec about Varr, and with pay, the Blue Suns killed Varr. When C-Sec arrived, they found Varr already dead.
