Narret Sion, a former turian commander, was the sixth and final addition to Omega Squad, joining them in 2183. He mostly has a support role in the team, serving as the strategist and Omega Squad's "eye in the sky" on the SSV Troy during missions. However, on rare occasion he will join his teammates in combat, proving that he can handle himself just as well on the battlefield as in a war room.

- Narret Sion's name is a reference to two separate science-fiction series. His first name, if spelled backwards, is a reference to the Starcraft series, specifically the Terran race. His last name is a reference to the Star Wars video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, in which one of the three Sith Lords' names was Darth Sion.
