Norvan Ray'hath was a male batarian from the planet Khar'Shan. He was a soldier for the Council in the Rachni Wars. During a battle, Norvan accidentally shot a quarian ally and was transferred to Omicron. While stationed, the rachni invaded the planet and attacked the spaceport.
