The "Red Team" was the informal name of a group of five soldiers that engaged in boarding operations. Launched from the SSV Tortuga, the soldiers were known as effective and deadly. Lead by Sergeant Rufus Floyd red team consisted of Floyd, Corporal Franklin Belock, Private Georgie Williams, Specialist Jim Green, and Bob McGee. They worked for two years until the boarding of the batarian slaver ship Octus Mo during the Skyllian Blitz, where Belock died. The squad fell apart after his death, with all survivors dying in around ten years.
