Tera'Gala vas Stalingrad nar Sel, or simply Tera, was a quarian who served aboard the SSV Stalingrad in 2184 CE as its chief engineer. She was also a former member of Thresher Squad. She was a close friend of Systems Alliance captain Yuri Chevetski and he often considered her to be his best friend. When Chevetski was killed in 2183 CE, she vowed to avenge his death and assisted Gerard Keller in tracking Jonathan Allen, the man who murdered Chevetski. In the epilogue of Mass Effect: The Chevetski Chronicles , it is revealed that she was with the Heavy Fleet when it retook Rannoch from the geth.
