Tera'Gerrel nar Neema, later known as Tera'Gerrel vas Troy or simply Tera, was a member of Omega Squad and a crew member on the SSV Troy. She was the only quarian on both the ship and the squad, and she is the youngest member of either by far. Despite her young age, she was an extremely talented hacker, capable of shutting down entire enemy bases in very little time at all; infiltration specialist; and stealth expert.

Omega Squad[]

Tera'Gerrel nar Neema was recruited by Gerard Keller in 2178 after helping Omega Squad escape an enemy planet. She was the first member to be added to the team, and she was the only non-human crew member on the ship for two years.

Death[]

In 2186, Omega Squad was closing in on Jonathan Allen. The team received a message from Admiral Hackett, asking that Omega Squad investigate a disturbance at Eden Prime. Jessica believed that something was odd about the message, but Tera confirmed that the message was sent from Hackett's ship. The squad arrived at the rendezvous point, expecting to meet up with another Alliance team but were completely alone instead. Suddenly, hundreds of armed mercenaries ambushed the unprepared squad.

Despite their impressive skill, combat experience, and battlefield expertise, the shear number of mercenaries was too much for the small squad. Tera fought back hard against the mercs, killing dozens with ease. However as she stood up from cover to fire another burst from her assault rifle, one mercenary's bullet flew towards her and found its lethal mark. The bullet impacted on Tera's helmet, shattering the mask and punching a hole into her skull, killing her instantly.

Legacy[]

Tera's death was a massive blow to the squad's morale. As one of the most well-liked and upbeat members of the Troy and of Omega Squad, the team was devastated by her loss. Gerard personally reported to Admiral Han'Gerrel vas Neema, Tera's father, and sorrowfully apologized for not protecting his daughter. Her body was returned to her father and given a proper burial.

Personality[]

Despite her young age, Tera was capable of causing a massive amount of carnage without firing a bullet herself. She had even stated that her favorite pass-time is reprogramming the IFF systems of enemy turrets within their own base, killing them with their own tech. She cared very little for her enemies and will kill those in her way if they are a threat to her or her team.

Appearance[]

Tera wore an armored, brown envirosuit.
