The Thizalek are a sentient race known for their advance scientific and militaristic society, governing the Taalben Federation. Originated from Taalben, they developed their own technology as they had no Mass Relay in their system but made first contact with the Galjen and earned a seat in the Zalphic Coalition. Although they had discovered the remnants and experimented with the Zero Element which is the most common use to many species in the Milky way, but ultimately used alternative resources for the Coalition to gain greater leaps of new technologies to maintain their place in the galaxy. 

History

The Thizalek joined the Zalphic Coalition after their first contact with a Draconan cruiser, the Taalben Federation were cautious of this new species yet recently aware of alien life once they discovered a habitable planet prior to first contact. They sent a ship to the Zalphic nebula as the founding region of the coaliton. Being the fourth species to arrive and shortly eared a membership for use of studying the Mass Relays and offered them technology to terraform planets and shield technology. The Taalben Federation helped expanded the joint military fleets accross the territories.
