Yo. So im new here, although i have been contributing to the Warhammer 40k Fanon since the 8th december 2010. So now im thinking of joining your community here. the first article i will make will probably be a character from Sweden, as that is my homeland, and i would like to have some anchoring to my home, even in the future (Me being swedish will also explain why my english will, on certain occasions, suck).
However, before i jump into the action of creation, i would like to know the rules, what i can and cant do etc. etc. Do note: I understand that i should not make him into a highly op godlike being AKA Shepard :3
