Vatra Alirr was the High Queen of the warlike lirrax between 2183 CE and 2184 CE. Under her leadership, the previously-stagnant lirrax attempted an aggressive campaign to expand their territory, bringing them into conflict with the asari.
History[]
Early life[]
Born into the House of Korrsul, Vatra was sold by her parents into slavery to a cruel under-queen. She spent years enduring her mistress' abuses until one day, when the old woman broke her leg for accidentally humiliating a visiting dignitary. During her long recovery from her injury, Vatra realized that her mistress had grown old and fat and was no longer the threat that she'd been in her youth. When recovered from her injury, she invoked the right to redress that is theoretically enjoyed by all lirrax, and thus her mistress was compelled to face her in single combat. Young, fast, cunning, and vicious, she easily triumphed, and in accordance with the rules, assumed ownership of all of her former mistress' property. And thus her career in lirrax politics began.
