Victor Buck was an extremely powerful biotic who played a critical role in the formation of Cerberus Nova.
Early Life[]
Victor was born in Ontario and was 2 years old when the Dubai Incident occurrred, in which the SSV Dubai accidentaly discharged its eezo core in the atmosphere. Victor was exposed to the eezo, though much to the surprise of the doctors, he suffered no ill effects from this exposure. It wouldn't be until he was 12 that his biotic potential started to show, when a car nearly ran him over; he threw the car 20 yards. This incident caused him to be ostracized from the community, with most believing him to be a scourge.

At age 13, Victor's parents disowned him, not wanting to be affiliated with someone so dangerous. It was then Victor came across a Cerberus recruiter.
